Project Details
Mera Bau was commissioned to renovate the facade of a two-story family home in Frankfurt. The existing facade had severe cracks, faded paint, and poor insulation, which affected both the visual appeal and the energy efficiency of the building.
The project goal was to restore the facade, ensure long-term durability, and give the home a refreshed, modern appearance.

The facade had uneven surfaces and water infiltration issues. Our specialists carefully removed all damaged materials, reinforced weak spots, and applied a breathable, weatherproof plaster system. This not only improved insulation but also enhanced the aesthetic appeal.
